Editorial and Publication Process<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This section explains the journal\u2019s editorial workflow, peer review system, copyright requirements, proofreading procedures, and article processing charges for submitted manuscripts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Editorial Check<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

After submission, manuscripts are evaluated by the editorial office to ensure that they comply with the journal\u2019s basic requirements and fall within its scope. This initial review verifies completeness, formatting, and relevance to the journal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Based on this assessment, the editor may:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Forward the manuscript for blind peer review.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Request <\/strong>preliminary revisions <\/strong>before the review process begins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Decline the submission if it does not meet the journal\u2019s standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
    2. Peer Review Process<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

    Manuscripts that successfully pass the editorial check are evaluated through a double-blind peer review process. At least two independent reviewers with relevant expertise assess the manuscript.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • The identities of reviewers remain confidential.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Reviewers submit detailed feedback along with a recommendation to the editor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The review period usually takes approximately 3\u20134 weeks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

      Editorial decisions are based solely on the quality, originality, and academic value of the manuscript.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      3. Copyright and Permissions<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

      To enable legal publication, the corresponding author must grant the publisher an exclusive license to publish the accepted article on behalf of all co-authors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Following acceptance, authors will be asked to complete an <\/strong>electronic copyright transfer agreement. Failure to provide this document may delay publication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Authors must ensure that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • The submitted work is original and unpublished.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • The manuscript is not under review by another journal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Permission has been obtained for any copyrighted materials reproduced from other sources.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Authors bear full responsibility for ensuring that their submission does not infringe on existing copyright or ownership rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        4. Proof Correction<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

        Once a manuscript is accepted, the corresponding author will receive electronic page proofs via email for final review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Proofs represent the final formatted version of the article.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Only minor typographical corrections are permitted at this stage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Authors receive one opportunity to review and return the proofs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Corrections should be submitted within three days of receipt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Extensive changes at this stage may incur additional costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          5. Article Processing Charges<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

          The journal follows an open-access publishing model, ensuring that all published articles are freely accessible to readers worldwide without subscription fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          To cover the costs of editorial management, peer review, production, and online hosting, authors are required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) once the manuscript is accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          These fees support the journal\u2019s operations and allow published research to remain freely available. In certain cases, discounts or waivers may be provided to support researchers and encourage continued academic contributions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
